St James Apartments Map

There are two buildings situated in the exclusive area of St James's.   Christy's the auctioneers are opposite and Fortnum & Masons are down the road in an area surrounded by art galleries, specialist shops, private clubs, and restaurants. The rate for all flats is £721 pounds per week with a minimum booking of 1 week. There is a 10% discount for stays of 4 weeks or longer. A deposit of 10% or £200 pounds (whichever is greater) is required to secure a booking which may be paid by MasterCard or Visa. Card details may be phoned, faxed or e-mailed. These pictures are taken from a selection different flats in these two building and show some of the options on offer. We cannot specify a particular flat in advance but all are of a similar size and offer the same basic specification. We can request twin or double beds if you have a preference and such a flat is available. There are several flats, not shown, which have been recently decorated and all are furnished to a high standard.

There is a lift in the building and all flats have phone, TV etc. Costs include once a week clean and laundry change. One week is the minimum booking period but you may start your stay on any day and do not have to book multiples of a week. 8 or 9 days, 15 or 20 are all fine. Whatever fits with your schedule.
