The flats here are self-contained one bedroom apartments in a Regency block of twenty-four units, with lift, situated in the exclusive area of St James's, Christy's the auctioneers are opposite and Fortnum & Masons are down the road, surrounded by art galleries, specialist shops, private clubs, and restaurants. The rate is £665 pounds per week with a minimum booking of 1 week.  There is a 10% discount for stays of 4 weeks or longer. A deposit of 10% or £200 pounds (whichever is greater) is required to secure a booking which may be paid by MasterCard or Visa. Card details may be phoned, faxed or e-mailed. See  booking page for terms and conditions. If e-mailing please split card number between two messages for greater security, waiting for acknowledgement of receipt of first message before sending second part. This has worked well for us in the past.

There are 15 flats at Dalmeny Ct and Bray House that are let short term. All have the same basic specifications, most have double beds but some twin beds. All have kitchens and bathrooms, TV's phones etc and are furnished to high standards. You cannot specify which flat you want in advance but can request double bed or twins. There are sofa-beds in all the flats which are privately owned and used by the different owners when in London. Below are some photographs from some  of the different flats, there are many that have been more recently decorated that are not shown. These are not necessarily the best but are a typical selection!
