There is a private telephone in each flat, (modems can be used) calls are metered and cost 10 pence per unit. Time per unit varies according to time of day, distance of call etc. This is the only other cost. Bed linen, i.e.. sheets, towels, face cloths and soap are provided and changed after a week if you stay longer. If no one is leaving "your" flat on the day of your arrival you may check in as early as you like. Check out time is 10.00am except by arrangement. You may stay later without charge if we do not need to clean the flat that day for an incoming tenant.
