A newly built, ground floor studio apartment overlooking a walled garden in a very quiet, residential area close to both the West End and the City. The apartment adjoins the house of the owners who are thus available for any assistance that may be required. The Studio has full width, sliding French doors which lead to a wooden deck.

The beech floored living area with large carpet incorporates a corner kitchen with refrigerator, stainless steel sink and 2 ring gas hob in a granite worktop with microwave/conventional oven under. There is gas fired central heating.

The living area has a futon sofa-bed, 4'6" x 6'4", an additional two seater settee, chest of drawers, hanging cupboard and coffee table. There is also an extending dining table and  chairs, TV and telephone. A thick foam mattress provides a very comfortable bed for a third person.

The bathroom has shower, WC and small wash basin and washing machine.

A full range of shops is 5 minutes walk away. Arsenal station on the Piccadilly line and Highbury & Islington on the Victoria line are 5 and 10 minutes away respectively and are 10 to 20 minutes from the centre of town. The are no parking restrictions in the street.
